You may know Kaa as a city in Libanon, as a place in Botswana and an island in the pacific ocean. In this case, though, Kaa marks a rather new and unmistakably compelling project which brings us Daphnis, a 5 track EP that compounds a variety of tape loops, each of them processed in a distinct and meticulous manner. Slowly ascending, unimpressed by static conventions of time and space, a haunting power lies in between those five succinct pieces which are the result of late night recording sessions during fierce and oppressive summer nights in the northern part of Italy.

Daphnis is the second release of Indafinsta Rec. We are delighted to continue this journey and hope you like it.
