We are delighted to share the premiere release on the Indafinsta Rec./ imprint. Defining the Vienna-Bozen axis, Indafinsta is no particular expression, it has no meaning in any conceivable language albeit it transports a certain reminiscence of hazy nights, of smoke in your eyes and string of lights.

Vortex is a self-taught electronic musician from South Tyrol. His album title Sottopassi stands for an Italian term which initially describes the process of underpassing. Vortex figuratively morphs and transforms this distinctive approach into mesmerizing textures of static and at the same time ever changing atmospheres of haunting ambient music. With Sottopassi, he redefines the abstract beauty of drone structures and tape loops through seemingly vivid pantomime-like gestures.
